Can I pre-order online?
Absolutely! You must create an account, select your dispensary location, and upload your State ID to start shopping. Once you select your products and check out, you’ll select a pickup time, and your online order will be ready at the dispensary.
Do you offer cannabis delivery?
Cannabis delivery and curbside pickup is in the works. Once we work through the regulations, we plan to deliver weed in the areas near Carol Stream, Wheaton, Naperville, Lombard, Glen Ellyn, Addison and Glendale Heights.

Who can purchase Recreational Cannabis?
Anyone with a valid state ID or driver’s license and over the age of 21 can purchase recreational cannabis in Illinois. This includes purchasers who don’t live in Illinois and who have out-of-state IDs or passports.
How much cannabis can I purchase at a Bisa Lina dispensary?
Illinois has established legal limits on the amount of cannabis that Illinois residents and out-of-state customers can purchase on a visit to a dispensary:
- Illinois residents can purchase up to 30 grams of flower, 5 grams of concentrate, and 500mg THC for edibles and infused products.
- Out-of-state (non-Illinois ID) recreational customers can purchase up to 15 grams of flower, 2.5 grams of concentrate, and 250mg THC for edibles and infused products.
What forms of payment do you take?
We accept cash and have on-site ATMs. We also accept debit cards (with a 3rd party processing fee).
What are the taxes on recreational purchases?
Taxes vary depending on the THC content in the products you purchase. On top of your local, state and business taxes, Illinois has the following purchaser taxes:
- 10% Tax on adult-use cannabis products with 35% THC or less
- 25% Tax on adult-use cannabis products with more than 35% THC
- 20% Tax on cannabis-infused products
